Our company does not provide the option of designated combined shipments. If you choose to pick up the goods in the store, you will need to pay the relevant shipping fees regardless of the amount.
  • Order and delivery
  • Ready-stock goods: will be shipped within one to two working days after the order process is completed (no shipment on festivals and holidays).

  • Pre-order products: Pre-order products will be shipped according to the information on the page. If there is an indication on the product page, the product page will be the main one (no shipment on festivals or holidays).
  • In case of force majeure (such as typhoon days) or national holidays, shipment will be postponed to the next working day. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Please forgive us for any delays in delivery due to heavy logistics volume during special holidays (such as New Year, Valentine's Day, etc.).
  • To protect your rights, please take video or audio records when unpacking. If there are any missing items or damaged packages, it will be convenient for us to file a complaint with the logistics company on your behalf.

    • Home delivery is $120, and pickup at a convenience store is $60.
    • Free shipping for in-store pickup, by appointment only.
    • Lalamove is available in Taipei and New Taipei City, and the freight is payable on delivery.


  • China and Hong Kong
    • Free shipping on orders over $20,000 .
    • Free shipping on orders over $6,000.


  • Other areas
    • Free shipping on orders over $30,000 .

    • EMS $1,200 .
