Return and Exchange Policy Details

Customers who wish to return or exchange goods should contact customer service for the return or exchange details before sending them out. After customer service notifies you of the receipt, please confirm the return or exchange details with customer service within three days. If you are unable to confirm the return or exchange details due to a failure to contact us and the return or exchange exceeds the 7-day appreciation period, no return or exchange will be accepted.
Customers who choose [Combined Orders] agree that the order will be deemed [shipped] 7 days after it is placed, and the appreciation period will start 7 days after the order is placed. Therefore, if the goods shipped in the combined order need to be returned or exchanged, the application should be made within 14 days after the order is placed.
No returns or exchanges are available for lucky bags and special price items.
If you need to return or exchange products, please keep the product, tag, and packaging intact, and do not leave any signs of use or odor. We will not accept returns for any incomplete orders.

Online credit card payment: The refund will be completed within five to ten working days after receiving the return order.
